just to see what your thoughts are,
what your feelings are,
how you look at the trees, at the flowers,
at the birds, at people,
how you respond to a suggestion or react to a new idea?
Have you ever done this?
Not to be able to stop thinking is a dreadful affliction,
but we don't realize this
because almost everyone is suffering from it,
so it is considered normal.
This incessant mental noise prevents you from finding that realm of inner stillness that is inseparable from Being.
What does it profit you if you gain the whole world and lose yourself?
There are two ways of being unhappy:
not getting what you want, and getting what you want.
There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.
The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.
We change the world not by what we say or do,
but as a consequence of what we have become.
It is always the false that makes you suffer,

To be conscious of Being,
you need to reclaim consciousness from the mind.
